Columbus · Local Roll-Off Routes

Drive local. Sleep in your own bed.

We are hiring a CDL Class B driver to run roll-off routes around Columbus and the 270 loop. Home every night. A flexible schedule. No over-the-road, ever.

Newer, well-kept trucks. Steady year-round work. A locally owned company that actually knows your name.

The schedule, up front

Home Every Night

Local routes only. You clock out and you are home for dinner.

Flexible Schedule

Need some give and take on your hours? We can work with that.

Local Routes Only

Columbus and the surrounding 270 area. Roads you already know.

Why drive for us

Good work. Good trucks. Good hours.

Plenty of driving jobs will take your time and give you a beat-up truck and a route across three states. This is the opposite of that.

01

Home time that is real

Local roll-off routes mean you start in Columbus and you end in Columbus. Every night. And when life comes up, we will work with you on the schedule.

02

Trucks you are proud of

Newer day cabs, maintained on a schedule, clean and flag-wrapped. You will not be babysitting a beater down the highway.

03

Roads you already know

Columbus and the 270 loop. No new city every week, no GPS roulette. Your territory, every single day.

04

Steady, year-round work

Construction and cleanouts do not stop. The work stays consistent, and so does the paycheck that comes with it.

05

A company that knows you

We are locally owned, not a national chain. The owner answers the phone. You are a person here, not a unit number.

06

A brand people recognize

People wave at these trucks. You will represent a company that does what it says it will do, on every driveway in town.

A Bragg About This Dump roll-off container placed neatly in a residential driveway

The job, done right

It is more than moving steel boxes.

A roll-off driver is the part of the company the customer actually sees. You place the container where it needs to go, you protect the driveway and the grass, and you leave the site looking better than a rushed crew would.

We hire drivers who take pride in that, because our reputation rides on the back of every truck.

A normal day

Early start, home by evening.

No mystery to it. The day has a rhythm, and once you have it, it runs smooth.

What you need

The basics to roll.

If you have got the license and the right attitude, we can work with you.

Newer to roll-off? If you have the CDL and you show up ready to work, we will teach you the rest.
  • A valid CDL Class B. Class A works too.
  • An acceptable driving record that passes our insurance.
  • A current DOT medical card, or the ability to pass the DOT physical and drug screen.
  • You are good with early mornings. The day starts when the sun does.
  • You can handle the physical side: tarping loads, hooking containers, climbing in and out of the cab.
  • You can be the face of the company on a job site and keep it professional.

Who fits here

You will like it here if...

The drivers who stick around all have a few things in common.

  • You would rather run the same city every day than chase miles across the map.
  • You take care of your equipment without being told twice.
  • You show up. Early does not scare you.
  • You want a paycheck you can count on and a schedule you can plan a life around.
  • You are done with over-the-road and you want to be home.
