We're Hiring a Field Erector in Columbus

This is hands-on steel erection out in the field, installing structural, miscellaneous, and ornamental steel on commercial and residential projects. You'll be on-site through the stages of construction, running a wide range of tools and rigging, welding when the job calls for it, and getting steel set safely and square. This is a travel role, so a willingness to travel to job sites, wherever they are, is a must.

What You'll Do

Install structural, miscellaneous, and ornamental steel on commercial and residential job sites
Work on-site through the stages of construction, reading the job and setting steel safely and square
Run a wide range of tools, equipment, and rigging to get each install done right
Weld in the field when the job calls for it, primarily stick (SMAW)
Travel to job sites and keep yourself and the crew safe on every one

What You'll Bring
