Inventory and Receiving Coordinator

We're Hiring an Inventory and Receiving Coordinator

This role keeps our material flow honest. You'll own inventory accuracy in Tekla, physically receive and check in small parts and shop deliveries, and make sure everything is labeled, organized, and ready when fabrication needs it. The job moves between a computer and the shop floor, and your work is what stands between an on-time job and a scramble.

What You'll Do

• Own inventory accuracy in Tekla, entering every receipt of material, supplies, and equipment as it comes in the door
• Physically receive and check in small parts, hardware, and shop deliveries, catching missing, incorrect, or damaged materials before they cause problems downstream
• Track non-stock and job-specific materials so the right parts land in the right place at the right time
• Partner with forklift operators to make sure every delivery is received, labeled, and stored where it belongs
• Stage hardware and small parts to keep fabrication and day orders moving
• Run cycle counts and inventory audits, and keep storage and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Improve receiving, inventory, and staging processes alongside purchasing, material handling, and fabrication

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 5 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing
• Experience with an ERP or inventory system (Tekla a plus)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in construction, steel fabrication, or an industrial environment (preferred)
• Ability to walk the yard, stand for extended periods, lift, and work in indoor and outdoor environments
