Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

We're Hiring for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

This is a hands-on reliability role, keeping our shop equipment, facilities, and yard running so fabrication and operations can do their jobs without surprise. You'll run preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, coordinate the outside vendors and commissioning work that keeps a fabrication operation moving, and time maintenance work against production demand. When something goes down, you're the person who gets it back up.

What You'll Do

• Run preventative maintenance programs across shop equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across the shop and yard
• Coordinate outside vendors for specialized repairs, annual inspections, and required certifications
• Keep maintenance logs, work orders, and service records current in our maintenance system
• Manage spare parts inventory and critical replacement components
• Support new equipment installations, commissioning, and facility infrastructure projects
• Time maintenance work against production demand alongside fabrication and operations leaders

What You'll Bring

• 3-7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
• Working experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and tracking systems
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
