We're Hiring a Plenum Assembler
This is a hands-on fabrication role building the large enclosures that make industrial ventilation work. You'll read blueprints, run heavy-duty power tools, and put parts together so they fit securely and hold up to strict quality standards. The work is physical, it happens outdoors in all weather, and consistent overtime comes with it.
What You'll Do
- Build, fasten, and finish custom, large-scale ductwork and enclosure components (plenums) used in industrial ventilation
- Interpret blueprints and shop drawings to fabricate parts to spec
- Operate heavy-duty power tools to cut, fasten, and assemble metal components
- Make sure metal parts fit securely and meet strict quality standards
- Measure accurately throughout the build, working from a tape measure every day
- Keep your work area and tools clean, organized, and safe
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and interpret blueprints
- Comfort operating heavy-duty power tools
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Availability to work consistent overtime
- Hands-on fabrication, assembly, or skilled trades experience (preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift, and work in indoor and outdoor environments
