Property Manager

Top Expert Homes is a family-owned real estate group based in Chesapeake. We buy houses for cash across Hampton Roads, and our family of companies owns residential and commercial property across the region. We are hiring a Property Manager to take day to day ownership of the properties we hold.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Day to day management of held properties across Hampton Roads: tenants, turnovers, and upkeep
• Coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors, from routine work to make-ready projects
• Walk properties regularly: inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and condition reports
• Keep property records, leases, and files organized and current
• Work directly with ownership on priorities, budgets, and problem properties

WHO DOES WELL IN THIS SEAT

• Experience managing residential property, scattered-site or small portfolio experience especially welcome
• A fixer's mindset: you would rather solve the problem today than log it for next week
• Firm but fair with tenants, dependable with owners, straight with vendors
• Reliable transportation and comfort working across multiple Hampton Roads cities
• Organized record keeping without being reminded

This is a hands-on role with a small, family-owned team. You will work directly with the owner, and you will see your decisions take effect the same week.
