Recruiting Coordinator

Top Expert Homes is a family-owned real estate group based in Chesapeake, and we are growing the team. We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to own the front end of that growth: the applicants, the interviews, and the office rhythm that keeps it all moving.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the candidate pipeline: review inbound applications, run first-pass phone screens, and keep our applicant tracking records clean and current
• Schedule and confirm interviews for the leadership team, and make sure no candidate ever falls through a crack
• You will be trained on professional candidate screening by an experienced recruiting partner, a skill set that grows with the company
• Run the front office alongside recruiting: phones, mail, files, and the paperwork that follows every property
• Keep seller files, closing documents, and company records organized across our entities
• Manage scheduling for the leadership team, including appointments with sellers, vendors, and contractors

WHO DOES WELL IN THIS SEAT

• Organized to a fault, friendly on the phone, and calm when three things ring at once
• A quick, fair judge of people who still follows the checklist
• You write clearly, follow up without being asked, and keep promises on small things
• You learn new tools quickly and keep clean records without being reminded
• Prior coordinator, office administration, staffing, or real estate office experience is a plus

This is an in-office role at our Chesapeake headquarters. You will work directly with the owner and a small team that moves fast and treats people right.
